Terms of Service
The terms on which you may use the CentroKey website and service.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. About these terms
CentroKey ("CentroKey", "we", "us", "our") is a product of SAR Computing Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 12794072, registered office 28 Old Brompton Road, Suite 30, London, England, SW7 3SS). By accessing this website or using the CentroKey service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
CentroKey helps a business see and record its technology — domains, email, hosting, websites, certificates, backups and more — as a living register of what you run, who controls it, and what's at risk. CentroKey records where things live and who holds them; it does not ask for, or store, your passwords, 2FA codes, or card or banking details.
CentroKey is free to start (one business owner, up to two businesses). Paid plans offer additional capacity and features as described on our Pricing page.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- The service is intended for business users aged 18 or over.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use CentroKey for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- scan, map or submit domains or systems you do not own or are not authorised to assess;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- copy, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law;
- misuse the service in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
5. The domain scan & information provided
Information produced by the scan and shown in CentroKey (including status indicators, renewal estimates and continuity scores) is provided for general guidance on an "as is" basis. It may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional security, legal or financial advice. You should independently verify anything you intend to rely on.
6. Fees & payment
Paid plans are billed as described at the point of purchase. Prices, billing cycles, and any refund terms are set out on the Pricing page or at checkout.
7. Intellectual property
The CentroKey service, its content, software, design and branding are owned by SAR Computing Ltd and/or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to use the service, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Third-party links
The service links to the CentroKey application at app.centrokey.com and may link to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it presents is complete or accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill; and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us in the previous 12 months, or £100.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, the sections intended to survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue to apply.
12. Changes
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when these terms last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
